**Main Duties**:covering the midlands southwest and Wales regions installing, repairing, and collecting display stands located in our customer retail premises. Liaising with customers and Territory Managers, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and ensuring displays are installed to agreed high standards. Ensuring proper use of the link stock tracking system to manage schedules and rotation around the areas.

**Job may involve nights out.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construction, dressing, delivery and installation of display unitary
- Loading & unloading of vans in a safe manner
- Maintain agreed house-keeping standards within the warehouse & off site
- Booking accommodation
- distance driving & travel
- Flexible working hours
- On site problem solving
- Deal with customers face to face on a daily basis in a professional, polite and efficient manner
- Embody, adhere to and promote furlong flooring brand messages while acting as our representation in the field
- Participate in and make a positive contribution to the team, department & company as whole
- Be responsible for the Health and Safety of yourselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices and the Health & Safety at Work Act
- Report any accidents or damage
- Understand how own role impacts on organisation and department objectives overall including introduction of the link system to track and manage stock levels
- Occasional late/weekend hours

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**:

- Basic electrical & woodworking knowledge
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Clean driving licence
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Pc literate

**Preferred Skills / Qualifications**:

- FLT license preferred
- Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable
- Previous experience of distance driving useful
- Lgv class2 licence with cpc certificate

**Salary**: competitive

Schedule: 37.5 hrs per week +overtime as required

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
