We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Service Advisor** to join our **Breeze Van Centre**in**Poole.**You will join us on a **full-time permanent basis,** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary.**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays currently on a rota (1 in 3) 8.00am to 1.00pm

**Your main duties as our Service Advisor will include**:

- Pro-actively contacting customers with the progress of work updates
- Providing customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing
- Notifying customers promptly of the completion of work
- Ensuring customer awareness of all products and services available
- Producing invoices of work carried out
- Upselling of various products
- Advising customers of necessary repairs
- Ensuring all stock is kept securely and in good condition
- Attending training courses to develop job related knowledge

**What we’re looking for in our idealService Advisor**:

- Main dealer experience or experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
- Possess good technical knowledge with abilithe ty to answer customer queries
- Computer skills are essential
- Knowledge of CDK is desirable, although training will be given
- The ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organisational skill
- A team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Full UK driving licence
