An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Smartwash at a Prestigious Golf Club in Warlingham.

We are a new and rapidly expanding mobile car washing business based in London. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated vehicle Valeter/Detailer to play a key role in providing a professional service to our fast growing customer portfolio. This is a part-time/full time salaried position, with the opportunity to take ownership of a role and make themselves a valued and integral part of the organisation.
- All cleaning and Washing equipment, brackets, as well as company uniform and vehicle provided, and full training will be given.
- Possible flexible working hours due to client demands including Weekdays and Weekends - You will not work Bank Holidays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Travel to customers and carry out exterior and interior valets on vehicles to the highest possible standard.
- Follow the company cleaning routine whilst using cleaning, protective and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- To respond to customer enquiries and fulfil customer requests.
- Perform inspections to ensure each step of cleaning process is followed

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required**:

- Valid UK drivers license free of DR10 & IN10 Convictions and no more than three points
- Good level of stamina and fitness as it is physically demanding
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Good time management and multitasking
- Detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listener and exercise of sound judgement
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Have the ability to work well alone and use initiative
- Able to work well under pressure
- Upsell services where possible

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
