Food and Beverage Assistant

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and presentation in various settings such as banquet halls, restaurants, and catering events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, and buffet stations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a dietary aide, in the food service industry, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic culinary skills is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and willingness to follow them diligently.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary.
