We have a fantastic opportunity for a Net Zero Carbon Coordinator to join one of the leading UK Property Services Contractors. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in sustainability / retrofitting, or a graduate with a keen interest in sustainabilitylooking to kick start their career.

Working with the Head of Zero Carbon Retrofit, you will play a clear part in delivering our clients' Net Zero Carbon strategy and sustainability improvements in property maintenance, FM, and fit out works.

Key duties include:

- Undertaking Stock Analysis for Clients
- Carrying out Market Research and Analysis
- Recording environmental performance on projects
- Supporting on bids for government funding
- Co-ordinating new leads opportunities
- Support in client meetings and communications
- Developing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Support the development of marketing material
- Creation of social media content and PR support
- Support awards, conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Support with developing Social Value initiatives and Green Skills
- Capturing and monitoring feedback from key stakeholders
- Managing / updating the Salesforce CRM System
- Administrative Support
