What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the management and oversight of requests from customers and solicitors relating to all queries and post completion requests for all Interbay brands.

Key activity is to ensure that all requests are assessed and managed in line with agreed service standards, business policy and mandates, ensuring business risks are mitigated. Working closely with the Legal, Real Estate, Underwriting and Credit teams.

Your responsibilities will include
- Responsible for the oversight, processing and reporting of all securities & complex post contract requests received from customers, solicitors and other third parties across the InterBay portfolio
- Fulfilment of core servicing activities and customer requests across the InterBay portfolio, both written and verbal.
- Answering telephone calls from customers and 3rd parties, managing them appropriately and in line with DPA processes.
- Ensuring processing and approval of requests are in line with documented processes, procedures and mandates.
- Investigating and responding to complex mortgage servicing enquires raised by the business.
- Preparing regular status reports around position of complex post contract variations and breach accounts.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £25,500 - £27,500 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Previous experience of working within a mortgage securities environment would be an advantage.
- Professional background working within a regulated organisation is essential.
- Hands on experience communicating with customers through telephone and written channels.
- Intermediate skills working with Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel.
