**About The Role**:
Our client, The NEC Group, has five renowned entertainment venues, the NEC, The Vox, Resorts World Arena, Utilita Arena Birmingham & The ICC. Many of the venues have been re-launched and rebranded recently to notable acclaim.

**This vacancy will be based at: The VOX (inside Resorts World)**

As a casual night cleaner, you have the freedom to let us know your availability so work can be decided around you and your circumstances.

**Main Duties**:

- To create a positive visitor experience for all Visitors attending.
- Acts as a customer service ambassador for the venues and events, information, and assistance to our visitors.
- To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with around the venues.
- Ensure venues are kept to the high standard visually, always going the extra mile and caring about the space you are working in.
- To clean to OCS Cleaning Standards, following all policies, procedures, and training.
- Responds to all cleaning incidents as required, escalating to managers where necessary,

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in cleaning is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- A motivated, friendly and engaging individual with a passion for events.
