As part of one of the UK’s leading automotive parts distribution networks, you’ll begin your journey into the automotive industry with full training and hands-on experience, all while gaining a recognised qualification.

**About the Role**:
This apprenticeship is designed to give you a solid foundation in the world of automotive parts sales. You’ll learn how to identify the right parts, manage stock, process orders efficiently, and deliver excellent customer service, all within a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance of our experienced team, you’ll learn how to:

- Support our trade customers with parts enquiries and orders
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory systems
- Process orders and support timely deliveries
- Build product knowledge and understand our service offering
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to support customer requirements

**What We're Looking For**:

- A genuine interest in the motor trade and customer service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Basic IT skills (full training provided)
- Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) preferred

**Salary**
- Competitive plus bonus scheme

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
