- Previous experience in a front of house role within the takeaway industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and restaurant/takeaway operations
- Previous experience preferable on running external delivery apps alongside the in-house delivery option
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
