For over 30 years PM Law has provided a national, first-class legal service for individuals and businesses, specialising in an array of litigation including Personal Injury, Medial Negligence, Consumer, Property and Contract Disputes, together with Employment, Landlord & Tenant and Wills & Probate.

**Role responsibilities**:

- To assist with the timely progression of personal injury cases through excellent client care and administrative support, providing 1:2:1 support to Litigators within the Litigation department
- You will work to achieve individual and team key targets and objectives. You will also be attentive to ensure compliance with service level agreements and internal processes and procedures
- Delivering excellent levels of client service and keeping the client regularly updated
- You will be responsible for ensuring cases meet prescribed agreements
- You will be responsible in ensuring that allegations of fraud, fundamental dishonesty or other complex issues or Multi Track claims are referred to the fee earner or Associate Director as quickly as possible
- You will use our Case Management System to effectively progress claims
- Assisting fee earners with day-to-day phone calls
- Dealing with simple queries from third party solicitors, insurers, and defendants; medical agencies
- Assisting fee earners with daily tasks to be allocated to them/assigned to them by the fee earner to include “chasing tasks”
- Ensuring all information held on file is accurate and up to date

- Highly organised and thorough with an ability to prioritise workload
- Demonstrates self-motivation and a desire to learn, progress and develop Demonstrates an organised approach
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team A positive can-do attitude with a flexible approach
- Able to write clearly, correctly, and concisely
- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a legal, insurance or professional environment
- Competent use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and general computer skills
- Able to work flexibly as needed to hit set targets and deadlines
