**About You**:
As a Room Leader you will be an integral part of the nursery team, supporting your colleagues and being responsible for the children and staff in your room. You will lead in the daily running of the nursery room and educational activities, whilst providing a positive and secure relationship for your children and their families, alongside playing a significant role in daily care and development of each child.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high-quality nursery operations
- Assist staff in implementing efficient planning, assessment, and practices for special educational needs and inclusion
- Offer guidance and support to playroom-based staff, ensuring proper deployment and adherence to safeguarding protocols
- Ensure child safety and adherence to safeguarding procedures
- Support delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
- Assist in identifying and addressing individual training needs

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Safeguarding knowledge
- At least 2 years experience working as a nursery practitioner or similar
- Background in working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Experience of working and communicating with parents and carers

**Desirable Skills**:

- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Prevent Duty
- FGM
- Behaviour Management
- SENDco

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
