**Job description**
- **Telesales Administrator**_

For us to keep driving growth, we’re looking for a proactive, experienced sales person who is enthusiastic and motivated about their work.

You’ll be responsible for following up inbound leads, qualifying leads and building relationships with prospective clients. As well as producing new leads and helping the team work towards company targets.

From day one, we will support you to build an in-depth knowledge of the software, industry and competitors, enabling you to confidently build rapport with clients and nurture conversions.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Achieving sales targets to support wider company growth targets.
- Making outbound calls to leads that have started our free trial, keeping in touch with them and making sure they have all their questions answered.
- Building rapport from the first contact, asking questions to qualify whether our software is a good fit for them.
- Managing the sales pipeline and keeping notes
- Giving online demos of the software to prospective clients
- Closing sales and working leads from trial to a paid conversion
- Actively taking on board feedback from our customers about the software and passing this on internally.
- Going the extra mile to ensure our clients feel confident and supported with the software
- Helping users to understand the full benefits of the software and how to make the most of it
- Be accountable for helping set and meet targets
- Updating internal CRM and databases relating to users

**What are we looking for**:

- A self-motivated individual with an enthusiasm to contribute to the business’ growth.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous sales experience with confident people skills
- Have a ‘customer-first’ mindset, always striving for the best outcome and experience for each customer.
- Patient and empathetic, be able to adapt your approach to suit the customers needs.
- Excellent listening skills to understand the customers challenges and what they want to achieve using our software.
- Excellent communication skills. Being clear and engaging, both written and spoken to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Outstanding time management, to organise and prioritise your own workload and ensure deadlines are met
- Work effectively within a team and independently, being willing to take ownership of your work.
- Confident IT skills
- Willing to attend exhibitions when required.

**Benefits**:

- 20k base salary + commisson. £30k OTE (uncapped)
