Barista (Up to £13.90)

We are looking for a **BARISTA** to join the Pure family. This is a hands-on role, and you will be responsible for preparing our delicious 100% Arabica bean coffees (and all hot drinks) whilst providing great customer service. **Working shifts**:
Between 3am -10pm

**What we are offering**:

- Salary up to £ 13.90 per hr (including £1/hr weekly team bonus after completing your training and £1/hr sales bonus).
- Permanent contract (no zero-hour contracts at Pure).
- £15 daily food and drinks allowance (£3600 worth of food and drinks per year).

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing all the hot drinks according to the Pure standards.
- Providing an exceptional customer service.
- Training and coaching the coffee makers within the team.
- Monitoring and controlling the stock and waste levels.
