**TEMPORARY STAFF FOR WINTER WONDERLAND ICE BAR**

**Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Bar staff to join our Ice Bar team _**during a 2 month Christmas Event**_. In this role, you will be the face of the Ice Bar, and will be responsible for ensuring all visitors get the full experience. Reporting to the Supervisors and Managers you will provide a first-class service to our customers, creating a memorable experience for all**.**

**Zero hour contracts**

**Weekend work 3 weekends per month**

**Zero Hour Contract**

**Minimum wage for age +50p**

**The role will involve**:

- Smiling and greeting customers on entry, ensuring a warm welcome
- Assist with checking tickets and bookings
- Provide customers with coats and gloves on entry
- Promptly and efficiently take orders and make drinks
- Entertain guests throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean and tidy service area
- Making sure there is plenty of stock and glasses behind bar areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly

**To be successful for this role you will**:

- Previous Bar tending and/or presenting experience
- Experience of working in a bar or restaurant setting

Pay: £6.90-£11.94 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
