We are looking for a Support Worker who is, motivated, friendly, happy and an animal lover, to provide one to one support to our 22 year old daughter. She is fun, caring and an animal lover. She has Autism, which affects her short-term memory, and this can cause her some anxiety. She would like to become as independent as possible and she has a person-centred plan to help her achieve this. She would like to achieve her outcomes and support from the right person, will enable her to do so.

Some of these outcomes are:

- Support with learning Key Soft Skills like Cooking and preparing healthy meals and Traveling to social or personal events.
- Supporting her to book appointments whether that be social or medical appointments.
- Support to identify and attend social activities to meet new people and to maintain friendships.
- Support her with work related training/volunteering
- Support with managing her anxieties

We are looking for someone to support hours during the daytime ideally on a Monday and Friday, with a minimum of 4 hours per day.

The hourly rate is £16.20 per hour. Access to a workplace pension scheme and 4 weeks holiday (plus bank holidays) is provided.

An enhanced DBS will be required (cost will be covered), access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance to use for work and a full clean driving licence are required.

Pay: £16.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
