Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join our team. As a lorry driver you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and have a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a commercial vehicle, such as a flatbed truck, to transport goods and materials
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment including Moffett Mounty forklift and/or HiAb type cranes
- Plan routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members

Qualifications:

- Valid HGV/ C or C+E driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to operate flatbed/curtainside lorries
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
