The firm advises entrepreneurs, start-ups and scale-up businesses. The team specialise in advising SME businesses and entrepreneurs from incorporation, through funding rounds, to exit and beyond. The firm is continuing to grow with much of the team being ex-Citylawyers. The firm’s clients are across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to health, tech, medtech, e-commerce, fashion, food and beverages.
**The role**:
The successful Senior Corporate Paralegal can look forward to:

- Drafting transaction and ancillary documents
- Buyer and seller due diligence
- Drafting board minutes
- Companies house filings
- Managing CP checklist
- Corporate governance matters

**About you**:

- 2 years Corporate/M&A experience from another law firm or in-house
- Enjoy working as a team collaboratively
- Strong communication and organisational skills
