**About the role**

Role Requirements:
- Ensure Group Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements and that they are routinely followed- Look at opportunities to share best practise across the business- Drive and maintain high SHE standards across the site- Provide advice and support to all on site, promoting best practice and continual improvements- Maintain and develop KPIs relating to Safety, Health and Environment- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, health and environmental legislation- Maintain and improve the Management Systems in line with ISO45001 and ISO14001 requirements- Conduct accident and incident investigations, implement corrective or preventative actions and provide relevant guidance as required- Ensure consistent implementation of the Domino Group SHE standards throughout the site- Walk the floor, promote safety conversations, undertake inspections and audits, identify areas for improvement and assist with their implementation- Design and delivery of training on site to raise knowledge and awareness- Manage and upkeep assessment processes for the site eg COSHH, RA, manual handling and disseminate information as appropriate- Support the Group H&S Assessments as and when required- Undertake all tasks as required in accordance with standard Domino working practices and quality procedure- Demonstrate and role model Company values and leadership behaviours- Carry out any other reasonable duty as requested by Group Fluids SHE Manager and/or Liverpool Management Team- Deputising for the Group Fluids SHE Manager as and when required

Key Deliverables:
- Ensuring business is legally compliant with relevant legislation- Development programs and commissioning work on new installation- Defining and implementing safety programs- Ensuring that employees receive appropriate (safety) training- Providing safety communications and coaching to employees- Monitoring safety performance and escalating both positive and negative findings- Driving the concept of continual improvement- Identifying and managing opportunities for environmental improvement- Conducting incident investigations- Supporting site risk management programme- Maintaining site databases / apps- Develop relationships with counterparts at other sites

**About you**- Previous SHE Advisor experience, ideally within an industrial manufacturing sector involving chemicals- You will be passionate about people and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve SHE Management within a challenging working environment- You will have a NEBOSH Diploma (or be working towards this qualification)- You will have environmental experience and/or an environmental qualification- You will have ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 experience- You will have auditing experience- You will have excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude- You will have the ability to work both independently and part as a team- You will be an effective communicator, comfortable communicating with people at all levels, from the shop floor to the Senior Leadership Team- You will have the ability to effectively multitask difficult operations, thinking creatively to solve problems and have the tenacity to drive through to a solution- Flexible and adaptable approach to react to unexpected tasks, incidents or customer demand
