**Senior Technician Watford, WD18 Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5pm 1-in-4 Sat mornings on rota 8:30am to 12:30pm £32,383 pa + uncapped bonus, OTE £38,383 pa** **Renault Watford**seeks a Senior Technician to join our dealership’s workshop. The role involves diagnostics, complex repairs, and routine servicing and maintenance of cars to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix. The hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 30 min lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm. In return we offer a basic salary of £32,383 per annum. This comprises £31,300 pa for weekday work + £1,083 pa for 1-in-4 Saturday mornings paid at time-and-a-half. We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000pa to your earnings. Overtime beyond the core hours is available: additional Saturday work is paid at time-and-a-half. You can also volunteer for occasional Sunday and Bank Holiday work which paid at double pay.
