**The Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing additional assistance to learners, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed in their studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing one-to-one support to learners with additional needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.
- Assisting with classroom activities, ensuring all learners can fully participate and engage with the curriculum.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students.
- Offering guidance and encouragement to learners, helping to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements, in line with college policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
