Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel / Commercial Lawyer to join their busy and growing in-house legal department. The position offers a genuine opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working self-starter to push their career forward.
Based in Cambridge this company has a hybrid working policy preferring employees to be in 2-3 days in the office per week.
- Have a background in drafting and negotiating a wide range of different commercial contracts and agreements
- Assist the business with range of other matters relating to intellectual property, technology (IT), data protection (GDPR) and other legal project work
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
You will need to be hungry and ambitious and keen to push your career forward in what is an interesting industry sector.
Previous In-house experience would be preferred. The client would consider a private practice lawyer, who has trained in a good firm, looking to move in-house who could point to good business and commercial skills.
