An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Property Manager to join an award winning, energetic, and experienced lettings team working in their Clifton, Kingswood and Bradley Stoke offices.
£25,000 basic salary on offer with a realistic OTE of £27k
Monday to Friday, 08:45-17:30
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of managed properties. Duties include reactive and proactive maintenance, property inspections, tenancy check outs and tenancy deposit processing, organisation of safety testing and the complianceof the portfolio, relationship building with tenants and landlords and much more.

The ideal Property Manager will:
Have property management experience, although this is not necessary
Have experience in administration or a customer facing role
Be an analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants - excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
Be able to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
Have strong organisational skills
Be a quick learner who thrives on attention to detail
Be driven with a real desire to succeed, ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
Have excellent problem-solving abilities
Have genuine interest in property and people
Have a UK driving license and their own car
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team, as the role will involve some out of office appointments inspecting the condition of managed properties, checking in new tenants and checking out old tenants
