Established for over 40 years and now one of the North West’s leading multi award winning **Engineering **companies, WEC is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic **Laser Operator** to join our busy and expanding Laser team based in Darwen, Lancs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated **Laser Operator**, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Must have previous experience as a Flat Bed Laser Operator, Trumpf or Bystronic an advantage
- Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of different metals an advantage.
- Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Able to work pro-actively and as part of a team to improve productivity and efficiency

**Working Location/Environment**

Darwen, Lancashire

**Salary**

Up to £12.50 per hour depending on experience + £30pw shift allowance + £20pw Attendance Allowance

**Hours**

6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
