**Children's Mental Health Support Assistant Role & Responsibilities**:
- Following school policies and procedures
- Assist the class teacher with delivering lessons and interventions
- Following pupils EHCP's and take responsibility in ensuring the smooth running of the school day
**Children's Mental Health Support Assistant Non-negotiables**:
- Must have recent/relevant experience working with children or adults with social, emotional and mental challenges
- Must be comfortable working with children who display challenging behaviour and barriers to learning
- Must have Maths and English C and above at GCSE Level
