Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Brand and Creative Manager will provide day-to-day management of the charity’s brand, including tone of voice, key messaging, and visual identity. The role will also manage the development of thecharity’s brand and sub-brands, run events, be able to project manage the implementation and evaluate the organisation’s awareness campaigns.

Bristol - remote role with occasional visit office visits

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing brand advice, guidance, approval and training to internal stakeholders,
- Brand governance: ensuring their brand is used consistently and effectively across various channels and touchpoints.
- Keep up-to-date with the external brand and creative developments
- Developing brand and designer guidelines, messaging style, tone, and photography guides
- Responsibility for the design, production and delivery of corporate marketing materials
- Lead the internal design function; manage workflow to ensure design resource is used effectively
- Generate a variety of rich, targeted content to support the objectives of the charity
- Manage event submission process ensuring event bids
- Manage the marketing and design budget
- Direct line management responsibility for a Graphic Designer.

**Some essentials in your experience include**:

- Proven experience in managing and developing a brand
- Experience of designing, producing and evaluating a range of marketing materials (Adobe Creative Suite/Indesign skills)
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently and under pressure, juggling a number of high-profile projects simultaneously
- Ability to write with passion, flair and creativity
- Ability to understand and express complex ideas and messages in a clear and accessible way to a range of different audiences, and across multiple channels/platforms
- Ability to think creatively and introduce new ideas and concepts
- Experience of managing design function and workflowAbility to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately
