Bar Staff

**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 16 per week
