We are looking for a highly capable Regional Manager based in the APAC region to lead on behalf of the G+ Global Offshore Wind Health & Safety Organisation (G+) in the APAC region and help us achieve ambitious growth plans. As the APAC Representative you will use your skills to help the G+ reach its breakthrough objectives in the region.

Responding to the climate emergency while meeting the energy needs of the world’s growing population calls for energy to be better understood, managed and valued. This ambition is at the heart of our social purpose.

G+ is run in partnership with the Energy Institute, which provides the secretariat and supports its work including the analysis of health and safety incident data provided by G+ members to monitor performance and trends and identify risks.
**What you’ll do**:
You will play a significant role by establishing a permanent presence for the G+ in the APAC region. With the ability to combine several skills sets as a leader, communicator, and facilitator, you will help to drive growth in the region
- **
Committee support**: Organize and facilitate the APAC committee and associated working groups in accordance with the G+ annual work programme.
- **
Driving growth** in the APAC market for G+ by communicating the G+ processes and principles and finding ways to implement in the region
- **
Communication and networking** - represent G+ as a regional spokesperson. Attend and represent the G+ at regional events and conferences
- **
Regional work programme management** - manage contractors working on funded projects as agreed through the regional G+ work programme. Ensure that the regional G+ work programme aligns with the strategic requirements coordinated and overseen by the European Focal Group such that it is relevant, cost effective and valued.
**The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need**:

- Operational H&S experience or experience in the energy industry in the APAC region
- Highly motivated self-starter who demonstrates initiative
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to communicate well, including with senior representatives within the energy industry
