**27 Hours per week: Thursday & Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8.30am - 5pm**

We are a rare opportunity for a part time professional, organised and customer focused Receptionist/Host to join our award-winning Porsche Centre in Perth.

**What you will be doing**
- Meeting and welcoming guests into the showroom with a warm and professional manner
- Managing all dealership incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Support sales VIP events on site with hosting, organising catering, equipment etc
- Coordinate bookings and setting up meeting rooms.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- General administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Update and manage front of house calendar/diary
- Any other ad hoc dealership support and administration as an when required

**What you will need**
- Previous receptionist experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literate
- A positive and professional attitude/telephone manner
- Be dependable and flexible as you will be an important part of a bigger team
