**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE**

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Comfortable demonstrating designs to large audiences and senior management
- The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Attention to detail, focusing on the points that matter
- Passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
- Open minded, explores ideas and enjoys collaborating

**Required Work Experience**
- Work experience in UI/UX or examples of personal projects
- An understanding of UI & UX design principles and standards
- Basic knowledge of design tools, to support documentation of UI/UX designs
- Wireframe tool experience

**Desirable Work Experience**
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS advantageous for prototyping
- Experience using tools such as Asana and Jira

**Required Qualifications**

**Languages**
- Fluency in English is essential
- Other languages, particularly Spanish, are advantageous
