First Aid Instructor

**3t is currently looking to recruit a First Aid Instructor on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK.**

**The Role**

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements
- To support customers during course delivery as appropriate
- To obtain positive customer feedback following course completion in line with KPIs
- To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required
- To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate
- To support department growth through technical input to new courses, training standards, customer meetings and the continual improvement of existing courses.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
- Ensure that all 3t quality and operational procedures are always adhered to.
- Maintain and embrace ownership of departmental policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Preferred but not essential.
- Valid HSE or SQA First Aid certificate
- Assessor qualification
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Frec 3 / 4
- Mental Health First Aid

Advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Medical Practitioner, General Nurse, Paramedic or services equivalent with a knowledge and experience of offshore ERRV crew working conditions and have a knowledge and understanding of prehospital care.

- ITC Level 3 First Aid at Work
- ITC Emergency First Aid at Work
- GWO Enhanced First Aid (Refresher)
- GWO First Aid
- ITC Mental Health First Aid
- Other related short courses as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
