Junior Digital Designer

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have the exciting opportunity to join our talented Design team as Junior Digital Designer.

If you are a driven designer with a flexible and versatile approach, who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this may be the role for you

This position would be well suited to someone who is looking to develop their skillsets into a Digital Design career or has recently graduated in Graphic Design.

You will be able to work predominantly from home in this position. On average, you will be required to work from our Head Office in Banbury once or twice a month, this may flex up or down dependent on business needs.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Providing consistent and meticulous graphic illustration and presentation artwork to the design team
- Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use online, as part of our brand development
- Maintaining comprehensible digital asset library of graphic artwork
- Following seasonal department calendars and be accountable for delivering to critical path
- Demonstrating a good understanding of artwork and digital production specifications
- Taking projects from concept to completion
- Assisting the wider graphic design team when needed (e.g. creating product and lifestyle imagery for use in brochures, web campaigns and social media. Ensuring work is delivered on time and to specification)
- Helping create templates from developing guidelines
- Supporting the maintenance of the department’s asset filing
- Actioning amendments across a suite of assets in a timely manner

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- A good understanding and proven experience using graphics software's such as; Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator
- Experience with digital graphics layouts
- A Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brand’s perspective, keeping within their core values and design
- Good organisational skills, self-motivated with a passion for learning
- Technical digital capability (ability to edit videos where required)
- Understanding and knowledge of accessories, product and trends
- Strong brand awareness
- An in-depth understanding of digital communications and customer behaviour
- A professional, positive and collaborative demeanour
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects within tight deadlines
- A design qualification, preferably in graphic or digital design
- A passion for digital design with a creative approach to jewellery and fashion graphics
- Conceptual thinker with strong design deliverability

**PERFECTLY PACKAGED**
- A salary of £21,000 - £25,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
