**Main Purpose of the Job**:
To effectively work on own initiative or within a team, rectifying faults, carrying out repairs and Property refurbishments. Possessing a competence in a range of trades to enable a wide range of duties, connected with repair, maintenance of our Property Portfolio and external projects.

**Skills & Personal Attributes Required**:

- Ideally already have relevant site related experience or an NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance, Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or similar qualification
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written with customers and office
- Full clean driving licence
- In return you will benefit from 20 days (pro-rata) holiday increasing to 25 days with service, plus additional day for Birthday, pension, life assurance, Health assured & fitness programme.

**Main Duties / Responsibilities**
- Multi skilled in carrying out instructions given by the Senior Management team, working to a high standard ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Preparing materials required, obtaining quotes, driving vehicles and operating equipment required for the task
- Responsible for maintaining H&S ensuring adherence to safe working practice and environmental procedures
- Keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in working order, reporting any defects
- Completing timesheet App and statutory checks as required. Following administrative procedures as directed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
