**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for committed and passionate care staff to provide care and support to our lovely residents at Castleman House, a purpose-built residential home, and our new reablement facility Castleman Plus located in the Georgian Market town of Blandford Forum.

You will join a longstanding team of committed and passionate colleagues working in a person-centred way to meet the needs of our residents.

Some previous experience in a care capacity would be welcome but full training and support will be provided.

This is a full time position of 37 hours working shift patterns to cover weekends on an alternative basis. The shift pattern will be a mix of shifts of earlies 7 am - 2.30 pm and 2.15 - 9.45 pm.

**Pay rates**

**Day shift - £10.98 - £11.18 and time and quarter at weekends (13.98).**

As you will be working with vulnerable adults and/or have access to significant information about them if you are successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check. This role is UK based and we will need to establish your Right to Work as part of the appointment process.
