A British manufacturing success story, we're the market-leader in our sector, producing more than 300 professional-grade vehicle cleaning products at our Staffordshire head office. Since 2020, we've invested £25 million in a 2nd manufacturing site, and £1 million in a new ERP system. The next step in achieving our 5-year growth plan is the Atlas PRO software launch that will enable our franchisees to make data driven decisions and drive continued business growth.

You will spend your first few months at our head office near Lichfield developing your knowledge of Atlas PRO, our point of sales software system, creating engaging, practical training materials, planning your schedule, and preparing to hit the road, visiting your franchisees to deliver the fruits of your labour. This isn't your typical training role. You'll be in the thick of it, working in practical, hands-on environments, including our mobile supermarkets, 7.5 tonne trucks to sales conferences and one on one.

**The role**:

- Create and maintain engaging, comprehensive training materials and documentation, incorporating system upgrades into relevant manuals, training material and sessions
- Plan, coordinate, deliver and manage training sessions with your cohort of franchisees
- Offer support to franchisees pre 'go live' and during the early months post 'go live'
- Work closely with the Project Manager leading the implementation to capture new requirements and support in their implementation

**We offer you**:

- Salary £25,000 to £27,000 dependent on experience
- An 18-month fixed term contract. Office based to begin with, moving to remote following go-live
