Treasury Assistant

Job Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the RWS Group Treasury Team and gain experience in the treasury field. You will be helping with centralising our treasury function and be involved in a number of internal treasury projects aimed at delivering ongoing process improvements which are critical to the strategy of RWS.

**This is a fixed-term position for 3 months. Excellent opportunity for student or fresh graduates to gain experience in treasury field.**

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Update Cash balances and record any payments to be made in the Daily Cash Model**.**:

- Make payments and transfers on the relevant banking portal.
- Support in the completion of KYC requirements for the Group’s banking partners.
- Support the obtaining and completion of all documentation relating to the opening of new bank accounts by liaising with the Legal Team and other areas of the business.
- Monitoring and maintenance of the Group Treasury Mailbox.
- Any other duties assigned as required in performance of this role.

- Enthusiastic, hands-on and proactive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and methods
