Office Administrator/ Managment Assistant

**About Us**
We are a growing company specializing in selling car parts, serving both retail and wholesale customers. Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented **Office Administrator** who can also support with assistant-level tasks.
**Role Overview**
This role is key to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You will handle a variety of administrative and financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. We are willing to provide training on QuickBooks, but we expect you to be proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing bookkeeping tasks and financial records.
- Preparing and issuing invoices.
- Processing payments and paying bills on time.
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Maintaining organized digital and paper records.
- Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in administration, finance, or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of any othe Eastern European language is a plus.
- QuickBooks knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Comfortable working remotely and adapting to international team structures.
