We have an exciting new opening for a **Business Intelligence Analyst** to come and join our team

You will build and maintain MI across the group using reporting tools ensuring best practice adhered to. Providing support to all the teams throughout the company in the form of Data Validation, Monitoring of Service Levels and Operational Software UserSecurity, Microsoft/IT support and training, telephone cover and general administration support.

**Location**:
This is a Hybrid-based with regular time spent in our **Doncaster** office.
- Generate & maintain reports using various reporting tools including, but not limited to, Business Objects, SQL and Power BI.
- Creating ad-hoc reports using best practice risk management techniques.
- Beta testing and development of the companies in house operating systems.
- Communicating facts and findings to directors and senior management to assist in the development and implementation of long-term business strategies.
- Liaising with clients/underwriters/customers.
- Provide vital administrative and IT support for the other departments in the Group.
- Supply training to ensure that staff are appropriately trained.
- Able to adapt to the constantly changing requirements of the company/department and perform any additional tasks that may be required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Advanced Knowledge of Reporting Tools including SQL, Business Objects, PowerBI**:

- Advanced Excel skills an advantage
