Our fantastic professional services client is looking for a permanent Trainee Patent Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis at their beautiful Bristol office The role is 35 hours a week with hybrid working available The client is looking for long term commitment as there will be full training included to progress into a more senior positionIf you're looking to for a role to start your career, this is the one No necessary experience is needed but admin experience is desirable. The client is looking for someone who is eager and hardworking to train. They will pay for all necessary qualifications for the role as they are training you to progressThis is a highly progressive career for the right person working within a very social team of 10Benefits:

- Providing administrative and case management support to senior members- Managing caseloads through the case management system, ensuring deadlines are met-
- Managing registration of change in ownership (e.g. assignments, mergers, licences) of patents and designs- Timely billing of cases and monitoring of outstanding costs on the allocated caseload.- Previous administration experience would be desirable- Excellent attention to detail- Ability to prioritise workloads- Excellent communication, written and verbal- Patent experience would be advantageousIf this is the role for you, please
