**Salary : £ 30,552 - £ 33,752 per year**

**Sleep In Shift Supplement: £50 per shift**

**Welcome Bonus: £ 800 bonus after successfully completing probationary period**

Our client is on the lookout an experienced Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with a background in Residential Child Care specialising with emotional behavioural disorder (EBD)

**To be successful as a Support Worker, you will need to possess the following essential attributes**:

- Minimum Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent.
- 1 year minimum working experience with Young People that may live with a Learning Disability, are Nuero-Diverse or have social and emotional difficulties, or behaviour that challenges.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Ability to work shifts and sleep in the home overnight
- Experience in leading shifts and overseeing a team of Support Workers

Schedule:
