Retail Sales Support and Administration

We are looking for a pro-active individual to assist with our busy gift shop and online business at Pooh Corner. You will be involved in looking after our gift shop, restocking the shop floor, receiving deliveries, serving customers, as well as assisting with the online shop, fulfilling orders and replying to customer queries. Pooh Corner is a very international business, welcoming visitors to our shop from across the world, alongside sending online orders abroad to Japan, Australia, US, Canada and everywhere in between No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

**Roles**:

- Ensure the shop is stocked up at the beginning/end of each day
- Receive shop deliveries and update stock levels on our Epos system
- Carry out regular stock takes in our shop and storage area.
- Fulfill online orders and ensure they are dispatched in a swift manner and packaged safely.
- Assist customers in the shop, answer any queries about the products and serve customers at the till.
- Reply to customer queries via and carry out basic admin tasks
- Keep the shop and storage area tidy and organised

A family run business with 20 amazing members of staff, we are open 7 days a week, 360 days a year to welcome visitors from across globe to our little corner of the forest. We are looking for a passionate person to join the retail side of the business, assisting in the shop and with our online operation. As we head towards 2026 and the 100th anniversary of A.A. **Salary: £6,250 - £7,650**depending on age
