**OVERVIEW**:
Search Consultancy is exclusively partnering with a high-growth SaaS technology business with a UK presence. Having recently secured significant backing through private investors, the organisation has the need for it's first Finance Director.

**THE COMPANY**:
This is an exciting technology business with a growth plan to treble in size in the next 3-5 years and take the business through a sale process. The CEO is a highly inspirational leader and visionary that would relish the opportunity to work closely witha Finance Director who can challenge on the on-going strategy.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Finance Director will join a Private Equity backed, high-growth SaaS business as the first Finance Director. The successful individual will form part of the Senior Leadership Team ultimately responsible for the development of rigorous financial and managementinformation. You will be ultimately responsible for building a highly motivated team that is able to partner and challenge non operational teams effectively.

Key duties will include:

- Face-off to the Board on a regular basis instilling confidence in financial detail/performance
- Form a critical part of the strategic planning and decision making process for the group
- Lead, train, and hire the best talent within the finance team
- Act as the liaison with the external parties; banks, investors, Group and auditors
- Deliver on the possible M&A activity and the eventual sale of the business

**THE CANDIDATE**:
Working closely with the CEO, this role will demand an emotionally intelligent individual who can build relationships quickly and influence key decisions. Critically, the business is ideally looking for someone with demonstrable experience of taking a SaaSor tech focused organisation through aggressive growth and to a sale.
- A personable leader with demonstrable experience within a strategic role
- A strong leader with the ability to hire highly capable people
- From a multi-site logistics and distribution background
- Aware of the clear challenges in the market with credible ideas and suggestions
- Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is preferable with training from a top Accounting firm.

**ON OFFER**:

- £85,000 - £115,000 base salary
- Car Allowance
- Private healthcare

- Home working with one day a week in the Midlands
