We want to speak with experienced and skilled Bakers who have a background baking high quality artisan breads.

Your New Job:
As Baker you will lead the bakery operation, the bakeries sole focus is the production of exceptional artisanal breads which supply local shops and restaurants. Your technical expertise will be key to produce a fantastic product. The product will be of a standard to be enjoyed in quality restaurants as well as produced on such a scale as to meet retail demands. Sourdough production will form an important part of the role therefore an understanding of all stages of sourdough production process is key. As is an exceptional knowledge of traditional baking techniques, of dough and of proofing.

Elements of kitchen management will also be part of the role. With responsibility to ensure stocks are managed efficiently and all food hygiene and health and safety procedures are correctly followed.

You will be joining a growing business at an exciting time with opportunities to develop your skills and experience. Typical bakery working schedules apply.

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
