Relocation Coordinator

An **Relocation Coordinator** is required to work for our client who are a top Removals, Business Relocation & Storage Company in the UK and have been established since the 1800’s. They have built a strong reputation offering the highest standardof relocation services to a wide range of corporate clients. They have offices nationwide but would be looking for the successful individual to be based on their office in Guildford.
The **Relocation Coordinator** will be working within their overseas division and will require the successful individual to deal with private & corporate international clients, receiving the initial instruction through to arranging the survey/ appointments throughout every stage of the move. The role itself will be highly rewarding, dealing with both home and business moves which will require strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Position Overview**
- Receive initial call or account instructions and arrange surveys and appointments within company KPI
- Giving clients and branches information on international moves
- Submission of quotations, confirmation of quotes, instruction sheets and booking of international consignments at all stages of the move
- To effectively service International enquires including costing and 3rd country moves for corporate clients, Agent, and Private clients
- Co-ordination with overseas agents, shipping lines/freight forwarders and account co-ordinators
- Maximise all opportunities for additional revenue or reduce costs wherever possible
- Additional duties to be discussed at interview stage

- Position Requirements**
- Previous experience in international business or home moves desirable
- Commutable distance of Guildford
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relocation and removals is preferred
**Relocation Coordinator**:
- Position Remuneration**
- Salary between £30,000 to £35,000 (OTE £40,000)
- 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
- 4 weeks (increasing to 5 weeks upon completion of one full calendar year service)
