**What You’ll be Doing**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and safely.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and activities within the home.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work and report any major issues to management.

**What You'll Need**
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to handle basic tools and equipment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
