**Duties will include, but not exhaust, the following**:
Data entry into Sage Line 50
Reconciling bank, cash & credit card accounts
Maintain debtor & creditor ledgers
VAT Returns, submitting and reconciling
Posting journals including prepayments and accruals
Full reconciliation of trial balance at year end
Adhering to all financial deadlines; Companies House, HMRC
Posting of invoices raised & rents received
Reconciling client deposits both received and repaid via a dedicated deposit account
Pursue any rental arrears that may occur
General office duties; answering telephone, liaising face to face with clients, filing of legal/financial documents
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
