The Growth Company’s Employment MOJ Personal Wellbeing team have a fantastic new opportunity for a Key Worker - Wellbeing who will delivery of a range of guidance and support services for Participants under the supervision of National Probation Service. You will contribute to individuals’ sustained improvement in health & wellbeing, creating coping skills, putting strategies in place to manage poor mental wellbeing and creating better links with families, friends and communities.
**Please note that this role will be working out of our Preston and Chorley centres on a daily basis.**
We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond. Our highly skilled keyworkers work with a range of individuals delivering group and 1 to 1 sessions to people looking to overcome complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, relationship breakdown, social isolation and debt.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure service users receive a personalised Wellbeing offer that meets individual needs/levels of complexity.
- Manage a wide range of service users, by caseload, to achieve targets.
- Deliver Comprehensive Assessments, including screening for LDD.
- Identify, develop and maintain effective relationships with key local services to support service users, including signposting, case conferencing.
- Deliver support to service users via appropriate channels, including digital, group workshops and face-to-face sessions.
- Produce high-quality service user action plans.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate group sessions for service users.
- Ensure Wellbeing contract compliance.
- Take part in observations, assess own delivery, and act on feedback, including undertaking CPD.
**About you**
- Recent experience of delivering personal wellbeing progressions and outcomes, particularly I Criminal Justice setting.
- Experience of managing a caseload of service users, to support them with improving their wellbeing.
- Developing strength-based action plans.
- Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape (statutory and community).
- Strong IT skills which underpin consistent high quality recording.
- Understanding of the quality issues relating to delivery in Justice setting.
**Skills Required**:
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with a focus on the successful achievement of outcomes.
- Able to deliver one-to-one and group sessions.
- Experience in using digital channels and platforms in service delivery.
