We have an exciting new entry opportunity for a **Manufacturing Apprentice** to join our Brandesburton team.

**What will you do**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Apprentice to join or dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are interested in developing their skills via hands on experience in supportive manufacturing environment.
**How will I do it.**
- Following all necessary safety site requirements and manufacturing protocols
- Under the guidance of an experienced mentor you will become familiar with:
- Operating various CNC machinery
- How to weld
- How chassis are assembled
- What is involved in the spraying process
- What is required from our logistics area
- Support the team in various tasks, including preparation of materials, equipment maintenance, and project execution
- Attend college on a day release basis
**Who are we looking for**
- Minimum of GCSE Grade 4 in English & Maths
- An individual with a positive “can do” attitude
- Strong willingness to learn and take directions from experienced team members
- A desire to grow into a key player within a highly productive team
- Good communication skills
- Basic problem solving skills and attention to details
- Flexible approach to working hours and scheduled work duties (each day could be a new learning experience)

- Working hours: 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Thursdays, 7.30am - 12.30pm Fridays (37 hours)
