**Project / Finance Coordinator**
**Location**: Chippenham (SN15) / Bristol (BS32), and surrounding areas.
**Salary**:£16-19/hour, depending on experience, plus discretionary - 20 hours per week, 10% bonus, plus bens**
Logiq Consulting are Cyber Security and Information Assurance experts. We specialise in providing leading edge consultancy to high threat facing clients and delivering security services and products throughout the Public and Private Sector.
We are fast growing, exceeding financial expectations over the last two years and seek an experienced part time Project Administrator / Finance Coordinator. This is an exciting new role where you will be able to use your experience & knowledge, be keen to add value to the team and engage across the business. It is expected this role will be c20 hours per week, and would suit an experienced individual who may be looking to return to work after a career break, or looking for a part time role. You will need a solid background in a growing SME, along with an accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
**The Role**:
Hybrid working aligned to our Bristol or Chippenham site this role will become an integral cog in our Finance/Enabling Team. Our team is highly focussed and seeks to deliver efficiencies across all business functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will:
- Engage directly with DISX* Service Lead to drive monthly financial reviews, to include budget vs actuals, accurate project P&L’s
- Be responsible for coordinating month end invoicing through our billing platform, Chargebee, reviewing month end client invoicing and submission to customers
- The ability to build service cost profiles and provide input into financial modelling
- Be able to analyse and question data sets
- Undertake credit control activities, ensuring timely cash collection
- Resolving customer queries as they arise
- Have an understanding of a recurring revenue model, and be able to prepare and review journals, as directed by the Head of Finance
- Work with Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper & Head of Finance to undertake timely month end activities
- Undertake customer due diligence checks as part of our onboarding process
**Essential Skills / Requirements**
You will have
- Significant experience of working in a growing SME environment
- Strong understanding of finance structure and best practice
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Keen eye for detail, with focussed analytical skills.
You must:
- Live within a commutable distance of Bristol/Chippenham
- Be able to achieve security clearance (to achieve security clearance, you **MUST** have been resident in UK for last 5 years).
**Role Rewards**
