We are seeking a organised and meticulous Accounts & Lettings Administrator to join our team, who excels in organisation, attention to detail, people skills and customer service.

The role is for a office-based* Accounts & Lettings Administrator at our Nottingham office (East Circus Street, NG1 5AF). The role will include the following duties:

- Processing property bills and invoices we receive onto our CRM system.
- Processing utility bills received for our clients properties.
- Assistance with company invoices onto bookkeeping system.
- Monthly compliance checks
- Managing a inbox
- General office administration duties, such as confirming appointments, scanning, post, etc
- Occasional viewings at properties being conducted (*could be a role negotiated out of job description if required)
- Strong administration and organisational capabilities, which can be demonstrated through previous positions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
- Willingness to 'go the extra mile'

Previous experience in letting or estate agency not essential but the ability to demonstrate administration and organisation skills is.

Office based position as we experience better team organisation being all based out of one office (rather than all remotely). We are a 'people' business and enjoy working with our team colleagues in the office too. Minimal remote working would be considered.

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
