We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy Service Department here at Mercedes-Benz of Bath.

To be successful, previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential as you will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high volume, fast paced prestige Workshop with approximately 50 retail visits per day as well as internal preparation work.

You will have responsibility for our team of Technicians and will be expected to manage workshop loading, utilisation, quality of work, efficiency and productivity to ensure we maximise all labour sales channels. In addition you will also be required to assist with customer road tests and provide critical customer support, so excellent communication skills and an unrivalled passion for delivering unprecedented levels of customer service to both external and internal customers will be key.
